Although the Somali Bantu are a capable and adaptable people, they will still require much assistance to facilitate their integration into the United States.

Interested in volunteering?

Here are some simple ways to help SBCO
and the Somali Bantu in your community:

• Educate yourself about the Somali Bantu people and their storied African heritage.

• Volunteer to be a tutor for the youth and adults.

• Donate drums, gardening equipment, and sewing machines.

• Contribute funds to assist SBCO services.
